Please allow 5 business days for standard delivery of in-stock items and 2-6 weeks for items which require special ordering. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however many of our items are custom sewn to suit your measurements or we may not carry the full line of sizes, styles or range of colors in the showroom.
If you need your order quickly, please phone us to confirm your item/items are in stock. Our merchandise is reordered regularly from the manufacturers.
Custom items will be billed at time of order, this includes all accessories such as holsters, badge cases, mace holders, handcuff keys, etc.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Any altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes trousers which have been hemmed.
All items must have original tags intact and no evidence of use or wear. We will examine all returns to determine eligibility, customer is responsible for all shipping expenses unless your item was sent damaged or in error. Return Fee of 25% may apply. We also do not at this time accept footwear & any closeout/clearance/sale/special order item(s) for return(s) or exchange(s).
